Charles Rosenbaum is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ACS Advisory, where he leads the firm’s Business Advisory division and its evolution into a modern Multi-Family Office. He advises entrepreneurs and business owners on the full spectrum of enterprise strategy including integrating risk management, organizational planning, operations, insurance, benefits, and retirement programs, as part of a unified advisory approach.
With nearly two decades of experience in financial consulting, brokerage, and strategic advisory, Charles has guided clients through every stage of the business lifecycle, from early growth to scale, transition, and exit. He is known for his ability to simplify complexity, align people and processes, and help organizations grow efficiently while protecting long-term enterprise value.
A natural mentor and leader, Charles plays a key role in developing ACS Advisory’s independent agency channel and cultivating a culture of excellence among advisors. His work blends technical expertise with a collaborative philosophy rooted in stewardship and long-term partnership.
Charles holds a BBA from The George Washington University School of Business and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF) designation. He maintains Series 7, 65, and 63 registrations, along with Life, Health, and Property & Casualty licenses across multiple states. He is an active member of NAIFA and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
